Lots of posts about "aha" moments... Mine was more of a "d'oh" moment! Safely ashore.

I’m proud to say that I had a bottle of this that my daughter got me while she was working at Scott Base in Antarctica. Fine stuff.Commodore wrote: Sun Feb 06, 2022 11:50 am Aha! The posting trick worked agin'. Sun hath come out and I find myself with a bottle.

I had the privilege of sharing this exact whisky with Sir Ernest himself on South Georgia Island. There is a whole story about the discovery and re-creation of the whisky. It's documented in a Nat Geo and PBS film.Commodore wrote: Sun Feb 06, 2022 11:50 am Aha! The posting trick worked agin'. Sun hath come out and I find myself with a bottle.

Bruised, battered and waterlogged but finally ashore. Just started looking at these meta puzzles in January and I am pleased as punch to have solved 2 out of 4. I am so in awe of everyone here and all the cumulative brain power.

Ashore--finally, along with a boatload of very friendly rabbits! Now back to enjoying the Olympics while practicing skating on our still icy sidewalks.

FINALLY! Seems so simple once it's solved, but it took me a while. Lots of rabbit holes for me!

Ashore. Enjoyed this one after a gentle refocus reminder.

I got it, I got it! Finally. Spent a lot of time on the last step. And it IS an amazing construction.

I always get a late-in-the weekend start, but I'm happy I made it to the beach in time for the end of the party! Very fun puzzle.

I drew up this pattern four years ago but for some reason didn’t actually make it then. Found it last week.

With just under 6 hours to spare, made it to shore. Had great assistance from eisesense. Cocktails around!
Good luck, Muggles.

I think I’m almost there, but need to talk it out to see if the rabbit hole I’m in is correct, or if I need to stop digging. A little nudge may help.
