Pretty new to this.
I'm not sure how much of solving these is luck and how much is skill.
If you get correct letters on one row do you have to use them in the following row or can you choose other letters to increase the chances of finding another correct letter?

I think that if you play in hard mode you have to use the letters you found to be correct.

Likely a give-back for VAPOR last week, since everybody who lives in a SHIRE was mad about that one, especially since Wordle is hosted on a UK internet domain although apparently it's operated by Americans.
