Yes,indeedy, this is definitely the way to head into the weekend (and it's only Thursday!) - on shore with a New Glarus Cabin Fever. Only in Wisconsin!

A Wisconsin Style Honey Bock, easy going and more approachable than its traditional dark German cousin. Bock beers have existed in Wisconsin for over 150 years. This pale bock is brewed with an exclusive blend of Wisconsin two row barley that balances seamlessly with our special European hops. Naturally sweet Clover Honey was added in the kettle accenting warm flavor notes on your tongue.

On shore quickly for us. Natasha was a little disappointed. Now what do we do? Maybe some Christmas shopping in Galveston this weekend.

Chased the damn rabbit for a bit, but finally found the path to the click Done and done.

On shore — with a Manhattan here at Knight’s, a “townie” place in Ann Arbor known for VERY STRONG drinks.

Nice puzzle! Thanks, Mike!

I woke up to page 5 - back to normal.
Tough grid. And the meta wasn't so straightforward either.

THANK YOU, LORD!!!!!!!!
I have been LAS on the weekly WSJ meta for 4 weeks!
Finally, I have solved one. The only person happier than me right now is hubby. By Saturday afternoon he normally tiptoes around me while I look for a puppy to kick when I don’t solve these.
Of course, I’d never really kick a puppy…but I might growl at it. ;)

Duh! I had all the information I needed written on paper within the first hour, but started overthinking, as usual. I just needed to apply the information I had in a simpler way (which I also had written down). I’m now on the beach!

On shore. The grid was much harder than the meta. Another solid meta from Mr. Shenk.

As hoped (planned?, expected?), inspiration came this morning. I am firmly on shore. Maybe a mimosa to go with my cereal would be appropriate.

Tired of being on page 1 all the time?
What's the fun of solving and submitting the puzzle before 4:20 on Thursday, and having nothing for the rest of the weekend.

Here's a challenge: what's the latest you are willing to start the puzzle. 11:40pm on Sunday night? How about 11:49 (you know who).

You can read all the comments in the meantime. Worry about how hard it might be. Imagine the number of rabbit hole you might encounter. A weekend filled with thoughts, worries, and anticipation.... Wow!

Took an overnight sleep and got there finally. As always, wondered why it took so long!

On the shore after sleeping on it.

I'll have a Cherry Kolsch. That is bottle number 10 in my Advent Beer Case.
