MEOW #182 Say Nothing
This should be no more than a Calico for the vast majority of solvers therefore:
Kitten
CALICO
Persian
Puma
Lion
My testers were @ajk , @KayW and @lbray53 who besides making sure this was not a flight of Tom fancy also gave me some valuable feedback on clues and possible pitfalls. They thankfully did not take the advice of the puzzle and all said something. Now I hope all of you will say something like "Cat's Out!"

Cat is out of the bag. Thanks to my fading memory I was able to enjoy this just as much the second time around.

Well, I was certainly making that more off and skewed than it needed to be. Had the second step for a long time but took me a while to finally get the first step.

Cat out and yowling… she never never listens to instructions. She’s a cat.
A pleasure, as always, Dr. Tom!

Yes I know, sometimes I'll see a puzzle I solved before and say, "how did I solve this earlier, I have NO idea!!"lbray53 wrote: Wed May 22, 2024 10:24 am Cat is out of the bag. Thanks to my fading memory I was able to enjoy this just as much the second time around.

Easy breezy meta - thanks, Tom! Cat is out, and keeping his mouth shut.

Cat has escaped the bag.
