Happy New Year! If you're like me, you took time at the end of 2023 to review the year and set resolutions for 2024. Starting fresh with new goals felt empowering, but just one week in and we're already slipping, failing to follow through. Not surprising since statistically over 90% of New Year's resolutions are abandoned in the first few months.Whether you want to quit a bad habit, complete an unfinished project, or get your body in shape with a new diet or gym routine, mindfulness and life balance are key factors for success.
Regardless of resolutions, good health is important to maintain. If you fail in some area, remember it's never too late to make a change. Be mindful, keep moving forward, and don't give up! That's good advice for meta solving, too. Good luck!
