My bus was an imaginary creature this morning. It was a no-show. It happens sometimes.
I used the extra few minutes I had to solve the puzzle. It's really good. It took a few minutes to figure out what was going on. Amazing construction.
And after I solved it, Google helped explain the theme which I was unfamiliar with. Amusing. Or is it?

That was amazing. So deep and involved but completely approachable.

Did anyone have an instinct to turn it into a meta by looking for alternative entries the newly formed words. Actually... that would make an awesome meta. But I'd be scared of them mind who could pull it off.

Not a meta, but, yeesh!, that was tough to create.

Finally had a chance to crack this… very fun, @ebirnholz! Took awhile to figure out what was going on, so a nice aha in there amidst your elegant construction… really enjoyed it!
