I’m proud to say that I had a bottle of this that my daughter got me while she was working at Scott Base in Antarctica. Fine stuff.

I had the privilege of sharing this exact whisky with Sir Ernest himself on South Georgia Island. There is a whole story about the discovery and re-creation of the whisky. It's documented in a Nat Geo and PBS film.

On shore, by the way. Great construction, as usuasl.

Bruised, battered and waterlogged but finally ashore. Just started looking at these meta puzzles in January and I am pleased as punch to have solved 2 out of 4. I am so in awe of everyone here and all the cumulative brain power.

We are on shore! Huge smile never fails after a solve. Happy Sunday muggles!

Ashore--finally, along with a boatload of very friendly rabbits! Now back to enjoying the Olympics while practicing skating on our still icy sidewalks.

FINALLY! Seems so simple once it's solved, but it took me a while. Lots of rabbit holes for me!

I got it, I got it! Finally. Spent a lot of time on the last step. And it IS an amazing construction.

Looks like I'll be staying on the ship this time.

I always get a late-in-the weekend start, but I'm happy I made it to the beach in time for the end of the party! Very fun puzzle.

I drew up this pattern four years ago but for some reason didn’t actually make it then. Found it last week.

Finally saw it and made it to shore. Lots of rabbit holes were explored.

Jeepers! I forgot to email my entry. Glad I checked before midnight.

Crawled ashore at last, after a long swim.

With just under 6 hours to spare, made it to shore. Had great assistance from eisesense. Cocktails around!

I think I’m almost there, but need to talk it out to see if the rabbit hole I’m in is correct, or if I need to stop digging. A little nudge may help.
