Back on shore, first time in a while, so hello to the rest of humanity already there. One of daughter #2's cats whiling the night away while visiting over Christmas. I prefer the brief video of him drinking from our kitchen faucet, but this'll have to do.

OMG, I got it! ON SHORE! This answer is 1000% like someone else mentioned. There may be others but I'm not looking for them.
Keep at it everyone.

Back in the bar with Isaac and a couple of others. Not where I want to be despite the good company. I'm certain I have step 1 but unable to pick up the rabbit from there after several theories blew up in my face. Putting this aside for now for patio time with the Mrs.

Will resume tomorrow morning.
Good luck to all for a successful solve. If you see that I'm ashore - rare occasion of late - message me if you'd like a nudge. Be sure to include your progress so I can know better how to assist.

Made it to shore during Ravens/Steelers game. The shore? We'll see after the Commanders/Bucs game. Go Commanders! This former 'Skins fan is thrilled for the Josh Harris/Adam Peters/Jayden Daniels era!

Is that made with apple whiskey?
With Brandy (I tried Korbel) and a bit extra bitters. I used Peychaud's and Angostura Orange.

The San Juan mule was a success. 50 mL of Bacardi white, 25 mL of Coconut rum, juice of 1/2 lime, half tsp of maraschino cherry juice (because it needed some sweetness) and some triple brewed ginger beer. So I guess the London mule is next, Bombay, Lime and ginger beer...Ok, worth a shot.

Staring, off and on, over the weekend -- nada. Glass of Cabernet last night after dinner; on way through kitchen; one more look -- obvious. That is to say "obvious" pending pageantry. But, as always, having seen one good (actually great -- I really like the way this works provided it is correct) answer I will never see another, so off to the email program to submit.

Just got off a cruise ship on still waters, amazing weather, and great service. Thanks Isaac!!
Now that I'm on shore, I'm questioning our terminology.
At this point, I would much rather be lost at sea, than on these shores, with snow and fires.

Ditto -- was cruising until Friday (first ocean cruise) and it was great. As I said three posts above, the Cabernet habit (picked up on the cruise) cleared my mind nicely. But it is still nice to be ashore, here.

Ashore! What a tough grid, and then many stumbles until the reveal in my head. I often have more difficulty with Gaffney puzzles, so i'm ecstatic. Truly amazing construction to get it all together.

Oh oh oh!!! Got it. Or, got something. Fun fun fun. I can see the two options. Not going to look for a third because this one makes me so happy. Count me on some shore!

Sunday morning isn't the right time to start this effort, but hope springs eternal. Bonding with Isaac isn't so bad, and I'm not alone here. But I must step on the gas (after table tennis) to fix this mess I have made of what looks like a fabulous puzzle. Tick-tock, tick-tock . . .

Curious to read about the "two options" tomorrow from you clever puzzlers! I find only one answer, 100%, I believe. Cheers!

I finished the grid on Thursday, but it took until Sunday morning to get the Meta. I was pretty sure that I would be staying on board with Isaac for the duration. So happy that I took another look today! Happy to be ashore!
