On shore.

I've also been having problems getting the wsj on Thursday. It has happened the last 2 weeks. If I'm persistent, it eventually shows up.

On shore for the first time in a while. I could justify part of my answer but it took longer to find the click for the whole answer.

I had a dentist appointment - does anyone like going to the dentist other than the dentist him/herself
>>>
I read Femullen's posts - kind of like a series of Burma Shave signs (for those who are old)
You think the *dentist* likes being there??!! :-)

If you were 17 in 1987, I'm wondering where you saw those Burma Shave signs. . .
17 in 1987??? My son was 17 in 1987. LOL

The Verse By The Side of the Road

For those who aren't old, but would like to enjoy some of this roadside verse that used to adorn Rte 66.

(For those who do remember, I suspect you will mentally add "Burma Shave" as the final sign not included in these 90 smiles.)

90 Brilliant Burma Shave Signs

Oh, and on the shore!

Not at all. From what I can tell we have muggles from very young to very old and everywhere in between. And we welcome them all.

My dad liked quoting them. As a golfer, his favorite was:
"If fewer strokes
Is what you crave
Get out of the rough
With Burma Shave"

Though it breaks the rule of having "Burma Shave being the last sign after the poem.

If you were 19 in '07, then yes.

But we'd still welcome you! Need young blood...

My son wasn't born until a decade after '87. But he and his younger sister do the meta with me. (They don't post here, though.)

ZWKWM: Zooming With Kids While Meta-ing.
(I don't "Muggle" when doing the puzzle. I thought Muggling was when you are posting or reading here!)

Used to get in Grandma's way
