With the large number of solvers already, I'm not sure we need any nudges, but here they are anyway:

Nudge 1:
Solve the grid first and ignore the [parentheticals] in the down answers. Then go back and [figure out what to do with the parentheticals].

Nudge 2:
Read the clue to 66A to find out what to do next for each thing you did using the first nudge.

Nudge 3:
Newly-discovered ingredients should be put in order to make sense. If only they were (numbered)! Also, try singing them.
