Ashore! Will have to go between a lot of muggles to find a place on the beach this week!

Late start again! But I am on the beach wrapped up in a BLAnket and pondering which coCKTail to have the cabana boy tHROw together. I could have floATED to shore after BLitzing through the first third of the puzzle. But I was on a qUEst to finish the grid. And a little WARy of making a BLunder and ruining my already meagER chances of winning the mug.

Ashore!
Another busy night for me. I had 20 minutes to work on it this afternoon, which was barely enough time to finish the grid (and only because Mr. G was available to help).
Sat down again just now to look at the completed grid, and enjoyed a quick trip to shore.
Bespoke nudges available upon request (if I'm on shore, off the couch, in the castle, petting an un-bagged cat, ...).
Let me know how small or large a hint you want, or hit me with a specific question(s).

On the beach. One useful skill I haven't developed yet is clearing memory of wrong paths discovered along the way. Quickly unlearning those would save a lot of time spent bonding with pesky wabbits. Happy ending though . . .

Think I joined the ranks of those solving the meta before the grid. (Still don’t understand one grid entry!) Could have been quicker if I wasn’t trying to keep score at the baseball game at the same time. Nevertheless, count me ashore!

Even if I started on time, would still have been on page 3. That grid was a slog for me. Maybe because I’m used to Shenk or Gaffney puzzles. Solved pretty quickly after that. On the beach with a G&T!

All the entries make sense to me if you want to run it past me.

Ashore! A more difficult grid than meta seems to be the pattern these past few weeks.

Ashore!

I looked at it for a bit during meetings today and just couldn't make sense of it at all. Came home this evening and thought I'd give it a try, and it fell into place in seconds. The way the mind sees or doesn't see things is fascinating. It's often amusing. And honestly it's sometimes annoying.

Ashore! Very late night solve. Toughest grid in quite some time. I’ll have a melatonin cocktail, please.

Ashore! That took me longer than it should have!! Old Fashioned, please!!!
Check out "The MOAT Mini Pack of Marching Bands" here. US$5 gets you 7 Marching Bands which, hard enough on their own, now contain metas too. And once again there's a mega-meta! :D
