Quickly ashore during lunch break. Cute and classic.

Ashore with y'all, trying to find a spot of beach amongst all the towels.
And I know it's his job and all, but how Matt comes up with this stuff and then weaves it into a puzzle really blows my mind.
A safe weekend to all.

Ashore! Always nice to have a quick solve that can be done by scanning the grid.
Always happy to provide a nudge if I’m ashore.

Got to the grid late yesterday afternoon, but then work got in the way from taking a look at the big picture. Sat down this morning and it jumped right out at me. So I'm safely ashore! Hopefully there's some room to find here on the beach. I could use some beach time, up early after the inch and half of snow that was forecasted for Broomfield wound up at about 7 and necessitated a snowblower session. I'd love a pint of the black stuff to help warm my blood.
If you see me on the beach, feel free to pm for a nudge. After all the help I’ve got, I am happy to send it forward when I can!

We finally arrived on the big stage. I'll have an espresso martini please.

On shore for a change. Filled the grid last night but didn't see anything and looked again this morning and had a quick swim to shore.

Late start this week but a quick swim to shore once I tackled the grid! I feel like I'm getting better at these!

Feet firmly planted in the frigid, snowy beach after a pretty quick trek. I'll have a Diet Coke for now, but enjoy some adult libations later this weekend.
Cheers, folks - warmer temperatures are nigh!

Ashore! As I was typing my status a bluebird landed on the ledge outside our breakfast nook window. Perhaps he was a harbinger of good luck coming my way. Sure would be nice to win the mug! (Actually, he was just hanging out, waiting for a spot to open up on the mealworm feeder - one of several feeders that are being cleaned out quickly by our feathered friends.)

Ashore on what I am certain will be crowded real estate. My first guess, like that of many others, was dead on. I did some running around trying to make everything fit of course but, as might be imagined, it all did.

Quick glide into the shore for this one -- very fun construction to follow along to the finish. Work in San Fran means a Cable Car Cocktail to celebrate.

On the beach with one quibble. Dunkin' Cold Brew Porter from Harpoon Brewery for me today.
I spent too much effort overthinking one word and the result was nonsensical. A simpler view directed me to the answer but my quibble is still in place.
Puzzle Buddy Jane is having printer issues so this was a solo solve. That may have been my biggest obstacle!
A big shout out to @ship4u for pointing out my avatar in the weekend WSJ. See the Review Section page C3, "No, Pop Rocks Did Not Kill Mikey From The Life Cereal Ad."
