Got the puzzle done and clue 68A says 67A & 68A (House of Commons) are a hint to the circled words. They are COLD GOOD SENSE AREA.
Can anyone explain what those words have to do with House of Commons? I can’t figure it out!

I haven’t done the puzzle, but I would guess that you can put "common" in front of all 4 words.
