On shore. Big thanks to the hosts of today's zoom call--my first one!--and now I can just bite my nails through this Dodgers @ Yankees game.

With a beer, of course.

Had to look at it with a fresh set of eyes today! So frustrated yesterday... Nice to have this done tonight.

Chillin' on the boat with Isaac since yesterday. Missed the Zoom call, so reaching out to muggle friends. :-)

UPDATE: As usual, @BarbaraK gives me the best and smallest hints. Thanks, Barbara! Ashore!

I thought this would be a SAD, but given that we're onto page 9 on a Friday night that's probably not the case.

Did you get hung up on a more common Cuban export that almost totally fit like I did?
I did! I had the common letters in place and it never occurred to me that it would be anything else.

I have some ideas, but I'm definitely flailing at sea. I'd take a nudge or two! :?

Edit: Ah ha! Figured it out.

Lost at sea, but still two days to go. Off to the spreadsheet!
Good luck to all for a successful solve. If you see that I'm ashore - rare occasion of late - message me if you'd like a nudge. Be sure to include your progress so I can know better how to assist.

Well 41,000 feet (up there!!) did not do the trick and I am still with Isaac. Rotting in Athens airport right now. Lots of time to stare: grid-prompt-clues-hint? Repeat. Repeat. Repeat.

I got nuttin'!!!!
