Fun puzzle, even for someone like me who doesn't watch much TV. The theme entries were familiar, if only from solving crosswords!

Contest Crosswords Combating Cancer (CCCC) is a bundle of 16 metapuzzles created to help raise money for cancer-related charities. It is available at CrosswordsForCancer.com.

I loved it.

But I do have to wonder about 77A. Is that as well-known as I think it isn't?

FWIW I got that one from the crosses and only very vaguely remembered hearing of it somewhere before. But google confirmed it for me.
