Completed the grid with just a wee bit of Google assistance, but now I'm drowning amid all the movie-related clues. Looking forward to this afternoon's Zoom party.. but hoping we don't have any malevolent spirits unexpectedly join the call.

Ashore, after a little bit of course correction from @boharr. Had the right idea, but was just applying it wrong. I also see what the qualms people are having about the solution. But can't see any other option, and believe me, I've tried them all.

Amid the high levels of frustration with both those on the ship and the shore we have 13 on the ship and 39 on the shore.

Not seeing anything yet… the comments so far are foreboding that this may be a loooong weekend! have a drive to Charleston tomorrow to see my grandkids so have time to study it!

Right there with you! Well, not going to Charleston, but definitely with Team Isaac for the time being.

Just arrived in Charleston but still warming a stool at Isaac’s Bar! Will try to get on todays zoom call but that’s about the time we pick up the grandkids at daycare! Oh well , maybe my son will have an idea or two!
