On shore. Made a mistake in the grid that cost me time. Nice puzzle

On the beach! Having a Tom Hanks cocktail as celebration.

I do believe I'm ashore, but it almost seems too easy... Gonna ponder it over before submitting. A virgin rum and Coke for me, please.

On the boat. Step 1 is clear but all is mud after that.
I don't have anything clever to say, but if I did, it would go here.

Ashore, after struggling with the grid for a while. Very interesting grid, though. A pretty straightforward solve, although there are a couple of little idiosyncrasies -- tidbits that make it fun to look back on, as well as more reason to admire construction and constructor, as if we need more.

Ashore, for sure, although it took me a while to get the final step.

I'm on shore, but the click was more of a ... smush? I'm 90% confident in my answer, but I'm hesitant to submit. Will wait a bit in case I'm being pageanted.

On shore with y'all. Yay! Happy to have a long weekend with one less item to fret about.
-- ALTHOUGH, I'm with @LizD that the answer to submit is giving me (slight) pause...
I think I'll have a La Lousiane with my housemade Pastis as a weekend cocktail to celebrate this little victory (and also a delayed V'day celebration/nice meal.)
For those of you on school break, or just traveling -- please stay safe.

Yes, suspiciously straightforward but what I come up with is clearly by design. So if I'm pageanted, I'll eat my tiara.LizD wrote: Thu Feb 16, 2023 10:59 pm I'm on shore, but the click was more of a ... smush? I'm 90% confident in my answer, but I'm hesitant to submit. Happy to report for this week’s episode of “A Meta Runs Through It” that we’re happily ashore. Yet another clever construction. Cheers,
