Ashore. Very Gaffneyesque. The Rabbit abides.
It looks like the year of the rabbit will be great for you. Perhaps not so great for the rest of us!

A la playa. Late start and great meta by MG. Cuban and El Dorado rum for me by the fire with Kipper the Golden Retriever. Life is good.

I made it harder than it was, but finally made it to shore.

Toes in the sand!
I kept having AHA moments and couldn’t put it together until the fourth and final one presented the solution.
Very creative meta this week!

On shore. Loved it - challenging enough to "worry" me that I wouldn't find the answer and think I didn't see anything. But not so difficult that I didn't then see something and then another something and then . . . there it is!

On shore...good level of difficulty. But maybe the Aye Aye Captain MMM puzzle is the best of the week so far?

On shore! Will be celebrating the rest of the weekend and hopefully Sunday eve.
If I don't win a mug, I can always make one...
but it won't have the same cachet.

Struggling. I see...something but don't know what to do with it. Wah.

Oof! I’m ashore, but it was a long swim in against the tide (and there were sharks about … I’m sure of it). At any rate, all’s well that ends well …

Safely in the sand… Guinness me please!
(confession: I had this typed up at 4 PM and ready to paste in. By now, the sand is probably concrete and the Guinness is warm. I am totally 28D of anyone on Page 1).

On shore!
Didn't see ANYTHING in my first travel through the grid. Put it aside and came back to it now - and, voila, there it was!
