On the beach! Happy to beat the weekend crowds and join the party that appears to be in full swing. Not caring about baseball since the Mets got knocked down. But happy to drink to anyone else's team!
Channeling Molly Weasley on a good day.

A large plastic cup of cheap beer that costs way too much, and a hotdog that they really should have to pay you to eat.

(And I still wouldn't.)
Honestly there’s something about the crappy hot dog that’s been sitting in a metal box with a sterno can all day that I love. Last time I was at a White Sox game I forgot that they actually have really good food there and when I was served a decent hot dog I was actually kind of disappointed..
If you like Rows Gardens check out my mini ones here: viewforum.php?f=41. Nudges are free on the off chance I’ve solved the meta.

If anyone needs a meta challenge if they felt like they completed the WSJ too quickly, I have two meta puzzles currently on the go:

This week's MOAT: Building Onto (on the harder side)
This week's MEOW: Isn't It Ironic(ally Named) (on the easier side)

It would be great to see some new meta-solving recruits find their way over to these other sources of meta fun!
Check out "The MOAT Mini Pack of Marching Bands" here. US$5 gets you 7 Marching Bands which, hard enough on their own, now contain metas too. And once again there's a mega-meta! :D

Both great puzzles- solved the MEOW right away and still chewing on the MOAT but well worth the time.

Onshore, with the crowd growing by the moment. I think we'll need an additional activity for the Friday zoom call.

Had an "Oh No, Sports!' moment when I read the prompt this week. Then saw how the pages were quickly being filled on the forum and had an "Another week where I'm going to really feel dumb!" moment. But quickly filled the grid and had my "Aha!" moment.

And, if I solved this, you all know not to let the fear of sports-ignorance stop you.

Just sat down for pizza dinner. Downloaded the puzzle and am quickly done and done.going to be a big crowd on the beach.
If I'm around, I am willing to join the Muggle Zoom room at other times to lend a hand to those in need.
