We are stuck at sea. Followed some promising rabbit holes, but to no avail.

Would appreciate a nudge, thanks!

But your telepathic mind forgot to remind you that I would be arriving shortly after.
ON THE SHORE with some prodding from Big Brother.
(Sorry. I feel like I've walked across the floor just after you washed it! :D )

Ashore.
I agree the grid was the tougher of the two.
Helped that I actually saw the Jon Waters movie.

Once I tried a modern dance class at my gym. However, all the other people in the class, as it happened, were professional dancers!!

so you can imagine how that went. like a Lucy episode. much like here.

Struggled with this one, but I think I've reached land at the end. Not happy with one part, but think it's a 100%er.

It was the middle of the night, and all was dark...
I woke up thinking about what was bugging me: not an existential crisis (this time, anyway), but that unresolved 20% of the meta that didn't seem to square with the apparent solution. It came to me then how the troublesome entry probably did work, just not in the way I was trying to force it, which was confirmed over coffee a few hours later.
This was a fun one!

Still pretty new to this. I got three weeks in a row and then last week’s humbled me. I’ve spent way too much time on this one and my husband said I can’t let this puzzle ruin another weekend! I would love a nudge, please.

That’s what happened to me in college. I enrolled in a French 1 class where everyone else in my class but me had taken French in high school. Mon Dieu!

This is what psychologists call "egocentric attribution."

Marion and I are joining the crowd on shore. As it turned out, she did all the rowing and I wasn't even in the boat - hanging onto the stern for dear life and taking water. Great to have a captain!

Luck to all...........

I'm going to declare myself on shore. If I've joined a pageant, I'm enjoying the music.

Uh, oh, I'm taking a craft back to the boat to climb to the crows nest, as I'm now considering more than one possible solution - or perhaps they're all wrong - hoping that a higher perspective may clarify.

Well, I've sent a doppleganger towards the shore with my original answer, but expect he's going to march in a pageant.
