I believe I finally got the dino after a hint from Will. Great meta! I think I'll have to tweak my solving strategy for future PB puzzles.

I think I have captured the elusive thunder lizard; waiting for confirmation but hard to be wrong once you see the very clever mechanism. So I'm "Willing" to bet I got it.
