Solved. I was drawing a blank at first but I submitted my guess for the bonus answer an hour later.

Answer: LITTLE WOMEN

Bonus to C=64, who figured out why this meta was this particular month...the surname of the title characters is March! (I want to read this but never have, admittedly.) And I'm posting this in April, and it's almost May, so that shows you how that's going.

Best of luck on the April meta, which will be offered tomorrow! As if all the other puzzles don't give you enough to do (and what looks like an intriguing Gaffney this week!)
