I am off the couch I think. Waiting confirmation.

Now back to bashing my head on MGWCC :-(
Is this a serious a question. I can't believe you don't know. You must be older than I thought you were or your children didn't come along at the right time for you to have not watched it.

Jetsons were on 1962-1963 when I was in high school (no kids at that time that I know of). The second problem was in the rural area of upstate NY that I lived in we only got one TV station and that was CBS. We either watched that or nothing. Certainly ended any discussions about what to watch.

I'm pretty sure it's a joke, because I was going to say exactly the same thing. I've heard of The Jetsons, of course, but I've never actually watched an episode.

Awaiting confirmation but I'm pretty sure that I am off the (cat-clawed) couch. LOL'd at Jay's clue for 75A!

And if that did not date you, 26D certainly will.
Yay, I'm not really old! Or, can you say Natick?

I don’t wish to be a kvetch
Well maybe I will, just a tetch.
I never would settle
For a meta, not metal,
Cuz you can’t spoil a coil that’ll stretch

Pretty sure I got this one.
But, I got no fun picture! So I'm not sure it counts! :D
No access to most of my files --
In between computers --
But new one coming just for me later in the week! In a box that will probably be opened by a dino, or something like that --

I knew 38A. But I'm old! Though not old enough, I gather, to know 26D. That came to me from the crossing letters.

Something related, and possibly interesting ... You know, in the silly comedy Airplane!, where Kareem Abdul Jabbar spoofs the disaster movie cliche of casting a sports figure as a co-pilot or firefighter or other minor character ... Someone once pointed out to me that much of Airplane! comes directly from the 1957 movie Zero Hour! In the latter, the sports-hero-in-a-minor role is 38A. See how the movies compare here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8-v2BHNBVCs
Zero Hour is an awesome watch if you’ve seen Airplane. 😂
