I have it I think. Part of the problem is that there is an inconsistency (I believe) in one part.

Thanks to Cindy for the first heads ups about 13 / 26D which I fixed in PuzzleME but didn't get a chance to fix in the puz / pdf versions until now.

Solved. Agree re: the slight inconsistency — it made this one more challenging, which I appreciated. Enjoyed the meta concept and execution.
