I’m on the beach. On my second margarita. The cabana boy is feeling just fine. Warm sun. Cool breeze. No mosquitos. Happy solvers on the shore.

On shore. Very nice puzzle, Joanne. Thank you.
I was stumped for a bit. But now I'll order a drink if that cabana boy has a free moment.

The Meta Calendar is new. There have been a number of other things linked to the corner image over time.
On shore. Nice way to ease into March.

The Meta Calendar is not just new. It's a fantastic success and will be really helpful, especially to newbies.

On shore! I like this constructor. The culture-related clues were all in my wheelhouse!

On shore.
warm sand between my toes,
cool seabreeze in my face.
and a caiprinha in my hand....cause it's one caipirinha, two caipirinhas, three caipirinhas, floor.

Ashore. Haven't had a pina colada in too long; this might be a good day for one.

Ashore! Was worried that we were going to get a doozy first thing in March, but it wasn't so bad after all! Now have the rest of the weekend to complete my wiring the house for Ethernet!

Ashore... slight ramp up from last month... one I may have missed a few months ago when first starting, but a short swim this evening. Appears the “training” from last month is sinking in!

Slow on the uptake for me, but I am on shore. My wife got it right away.
Maybe I can blame my first COVID vaccine shot today for my initial density.

First pass through the grid (I always work all the across, then work back) was BRUTAL.

Got a late start but a quick swim to shore. Happy for (I think) a new constructor. I'll celebrate with a (I guess I should say the rest of my) Hendricks Martini.
