Doh!! KAS 4. I needed the spoilers but definitely should not have. The mechanism was hiding in plain sight all along.

Well, after the nudges and a hint re refining my (poor) execution, the cat's out of the bag. This was a great meta! (Even tho it laid bare my inability to solve it without the nudges!).

Solution:
The first letters of all words in the theme entries are: DSSTAQTSD.
If you shift these letters over by one using a Caesar cipher, you get ET TU BRUTE?, which is the answer.
