Late start but quick tender ride to the beach. Needed lots of google, both for the grid fill and after, but this was a smooth one outside of that. Speaking of smooth… A Glenfiddich, maybe? On ice… it’s warm here today!

Ashore ... and searching for a toehold amid the sandy throng. Beer me, all the same.

In the desert (vacationing in Santa Fe) but on the beach. Heading to Geronimo for dinner tonight, which from what I hear is the best restaurant in the area (and a 2 block walk from our house). I'll wait to see what the drink menu has to offer before deciding on a celebratory cocktail.

One of the benefits of Chicago traffic is that I was able to solve the grid and meta on the ride home!

On shore....had a bit too much guinness last night (irish pub at the entrance to the community opened)....but since liver is bad and needs to be punished.....Tito's and soda.

I am ashoRe. This makes fOur in a rOw--that has been a while! I'll have some sparKling water tonight--something a little more adventurous over the weekend.
