MEOW # 176 Recitation Implication

Hello All --
Today's MEOW puzzle should be a fairly tame Kitty, or Calico at the most. (If not, you might be overthinking.
) It might have even made an easy-like-Sunday-morning offering except that it was already slotted to fill in for the MEOW master's absence.
Co-incidentally, thanks to both the Cap'n and DrTom for their testing and editing, and to Joe who's about to do his best at teaching me the new posting tricks!
Nudges coming out on Friday or as needed.
