Get a Clue!

Ahoy, Muggles!

If you're looking for yet another meta puzzle to solve, I just submitted an entry to Crosshare's Midi Contest for March. The theme this month is "Games". I've already posted Hints on Crosshare, but I doubt you'll need them. I'd like to thank @BarbaraK for help with pretesting and for providing excellent feedback.

Meta Prompt: Can you identify the killer, the weapon, and the location?

[PUZ available via download of Crosshare puzzle]

Good luck!

P. S. And please don't forget to check out @Wendy Walker's awesome meta "More Than Words" on the recently-rebooted "Smooth Sailing Sundays (SSS)".

Yes! Found it last might and did it. Enjoyable and redacted, but that's the way to reel them in, right?
Good going, Cap'n!

Nice one! Hope you win (again!)
Check out "The MOAT MEOW Mashup Pack" here. US$10 for 14 metas that don't always abide by the "rules" of the game: asymmetry, 2-letter words, uncrossed letters, who knows. And this time there's a mega-meta!

This was a lot of fun! Loved it.

I had forgotten about the midi-contest. So who wan last month? Where do you hear.

EDIT: And here's my entry Oh, that move changed everything
Funny story. I was all set to enter Par for the course for the CrossHare midi contest for April but I mistakenly thought midi meant 7x 7 and not 11 x 11. Oops. Well.... Here's a complex but **small** meta on the subject of golf.
