Puzzle #86 answer: GET SMART

Correct entries: 64

Image

@BrennerTJ got smart with that one!

Explanation: We have eight entries with initials IQ (per the title); their initial letters spell DON ADAMS, who acted as Agent 86 in GET SMART, the answer to our meta! (If you almost got it but didn't, missed it by that much!)

---

Mr. Gaffney gave us two solid, straightforward Level 2-ish metas this week in WSJ and MGWCC. I'll continue that trend with what should be a Level 1.5, but I'll make it Level 2 at the most to be on the safe side.

---

87. Time to Speak

The answer to the meta is a 2-word title.

Deadline is Saturday, March 16 at 1 pm ET.

Good luck, and may all your solves be beautiful!

Mikey G

Good one!
If you want help with a meta, feel free to PM me. The more specific you are about what you have and what you want, the more likely I can help without spoiling.

(And if I help you win a mug, I’ll be especially delighted.)

Check out "The MOAT MEOW Mashup Pack" here. US$10 for 14 metas that don't always abide by the "rules" of the game: asymmetry, 2-letter words, uncrossed letters, who knows. And this time there's a mega-meta!
