Many of our muggle family use Crosshare to assist them in creating and solving metas, both for the WSJ contest and many others. Like this site, Crosshare survives on the generous time of Mike Dirolf, the creator, but like every site, there are some financial expenses. Mike Dirolf is making a request for funding to keep the site going. He posted this on his weekly email:

While donations have usually been enough to keep the lights on without me stepping in, this December I've decided to run a donation campaign to try to get the community on slightly firmer financial footing.
