I’m on the tender - not on the boat and not on the shore. I’m so close to an answer but one piece doesn’t quite fit. Submitting anyway so we’ll see.

2023: Last week I tied my PR streak at 19 weeks. The week 20 curse appears to be very much alive and real.

After chasing probably 50+ rabbits this weekend and spending more hours than I’d like to admit with the puzzle in hand (including during social gatherings ), I have finally reached the shore and have set my new record streak!

For the second time in a month I have had to resort to nudges. No mug this week. I don’t ever get this type of meta-some sort of blind spot for me I guess. Kudos to the solo solvers. This was a tough one.

Ashore! What a wonderful morning this is! It is coming to 8am Monday, and I made the deadline with time to spare, thanks to the 12-hour time difference. So close to giving up last night, but this morning during wake-up fog clearing, my brain nudged me with an idea to try. Raced to the puzzle, then whoosh! Never give up. Well done to Mike -- great meta.

I guess we really don’t declare cocktails as late as Sunday night, do we? But enjoying a raspberry rum drink called the Love Gun.

Finally on shore! We sort of had the right idea from the start, and we even suspected the right answer, but didn't identify the metanism until pretty late. Everything fell into place quickly after that. Nice one!
