Rowed my boat straight to the shore after overthinking it.

If you see I'm ashore and need a nudge, feel free to message me.

Ashore. Like others I was overthinking it. I’m puzzled (ahem) by the relationship of the title to the answer, but I’m confident in the answer.

On shore! Similarly confused by the title. Perhaps the wrong shore?

Me too. A little bit.
Funny story. I was all set to enter Par for the course for the CrossHare midi contest for April but I mistakenly thought midi meant 7x 7 and not 11 x 11. Oops. Well.... Here's a complex but **small** meta on the subject of golf.

On shore. Felt pretty.dumb when I got it. Great example of what makes metas fun - you can struggle mightily and then it is.just there.

I am a newbie and have just started the friday puzzle a few weeks ago. Slowly trying to get the hang of it. I have completed the puzzle but think I need a little push (or hard shove) in the right direction. I see a pattern with the answers but don’t know where to go from there

Ok, woke up at 4 this morning (too much Prosecco) and the answer popped into my head. I had way over-complicated it. On shore.

Oh, me achin' squash!

Hope your Canada Day célébration was as much fun as ours. At least I think ours was fun. Hard to remember.

Équipe Canuck have staggered ashore. I'll have an ice bag.
For nudges, feel free to PM me. I won't have a clue how to help you, but you might shove me ashore.

I've been working on finishing the outdoor workroom/potting shed. Finally got the plumbing hooked up. Plus, we had the front stone patio relaid this week so its level again. Friday had the neighbors over for dinner and cocktails (OK, cocktails and dinner). Busy week.

*Totally* forgot the wsj puzzle.

Quick trip once I started it this am.

Ashore, before finishing the grid. This was fun and straightforward.
Having travelled recently overseas, the title makes a little more sense to me than it would have otherwise.

I have been to two different shores. Neither are 100% to me, but the second one seems more likely than the first, so I will stick with it. Good luck all!
