Having been off the grid all weekend at a grueling three day golf school (went from horrible to a little less than horrible) I returned home to find only 11 pages of comments here, which led to an uh oh, and I have completed the grid now and am (maybe) glad I I didn’t spend the entire weekend on this, because I would have, had I been home. Still, I suspect I’ll be staying up to midnight now, pondering. Just in case.

Threw in the towel. Thanks to a kind muggle for putting me out of my misery. I had seen most of what I needed to see but not put it all together and even if I had I likely would have fallen for the same pitfall others have. I look forward to a lively discussion tomorrow.

Finally made it to shore with the help of the wonderful @BarbaraK. I won't be submitting for the mug, as I got a LOT of help on this one, but I did just realize why this board is called "MUGgles." :o

Ashore. I briefly attended the final call, and dropped off once I had an idea and then got it. Won’t submit, but once I had it, it came quickly. Agree with previous posters, gotta know the topic and I’d say I’m probably more versed here than most.

Only had about an hour with my kids and didn't solve. Stepped into the Last Call bar for a glass of nudge and solved. Thanks crew!

Just not seeing it again this week.

Awaiting the final solution and if it's a "AAHHGGG I should have seen that!" or a "HMMPH I would never have gotten that!"

Even with a kind nudge I stayed on the ship! I know nothing about baseball and didn't catch the terms so I was doomed to fail. Good luck to all the shore folks!

Never had a chance. Maybe if it was a longer answer with more mascots I might have had a shot of hitting one I know but I don’t know those four so I was never going to get there. Even when many people mentioned Google I had no idea what to Google. My brief streak is over. Hoping to do better this week.
