MEOW #132 What in the Name of God?
The title of this week's MEOW is what you very well may be saying to yourself! "(Insert Title Here) is he doing with another MEOW!"
This should not be too bad, nothing to count, nothing to infer, just something notable by its absence. I'm going to guess that there will be some Googling involved. In the words of Han Solo, "I've got a bad feeling about this."
The DrTom Rating Scale:
Sniffles/Common Cold
• High Blood Pressure
Blood Clot
Heart Attack
As usual there will be a solvers board and nudges on Friday should they be needed.
So, now, "here kitty, kitty, kitty..."

Check out "The MOAT MEOW Mashup Pack" here. US$10 for 14 metas that don't always abide by the "rules" of the game: asymmetry, 2-letter words, uncrossed letters, who knows. And this time there's a mega-meta!

Cat is out of the bag and lying at my feet. Silly frustration noted in the Crosshare comments.

Cat jumped out the window, aiming for the cardboard box 4 floors down. Loved those awful clues.

Cat freed! Enjoyed the meta, and equally the challenging grid, laced with characteristic humor and misdirection. Glad not to have attempted in pen!

Release the...cat. Fun. Some great cluing, such as 47D, which reminded me of that classic phrase highlighting the importance of punctuation: "eats, shoots, and leaves" - or should that be "eats shoots and leaves"?
