This was a fun puzzle with a nice mechanism. Thanks, @damefox!
Check out "The MOAT MEOW Mashup Pack" here. US$10 for 14 metas that don't always abide by the "rules" of the game: asymmetry, 2-letter words, uncrossed letters, who knows. And this time there's a mega-meta!

Great idea for a meta! And a fun solve!
If you want help with a meta, feel free to PM me. The more specific you are about what you have and what you want, the more likely I can help without spoiling.

(And if I help you win a mug, I’ll be especially delighted.)

This was the first one to pop up in AcrossLite, and I really enjoyed it - fun clues and mechanism, thank you, Emma!

Liked this a lot!
A couple of nicely placed little distractions that I enjoyed dodging!

My third puzzle so far and I'm seeing a variety of mechanisms and themes, reminding me a bit of the "Beginner course" that WSJ put out a year or two ago. The collators and editors of this series did a great job presenting puzzles for a wide audience!

Thanks for this fun puzzle, Emma!

Well constructed. After spinning around a bit with my first thought as to an answer, I took a closer look and then then everything fell into place step by step.
