An aside I hope some of you will enjoy ... without spoiling, one of the clues resolves to a well-known magic incantation which might be taken as so much gibberish but its actually a bastardization from the Hebrew and from the beginning of the book of Genesis at that: It translates to God saying: "I will create according to what I spoke" or "according to my word". Enjoy.

Sixty minute solve,
Clowns to the left - jokers right,
Here I am - ashore!
One world. One planet. One future.

Ashore! Two in a row!
As much money and life as you could want! The two things most human beings would choose above all — the trouble is, humans do have a knack of choosing precisely those things that are worst for them.

At sea. I think my 7 week streak will SOon be coming to an end as my mind is a bit fRAzzled. Our #2 grandson (5 months old) has a bad stomach bug and was in the hospital for 2 days with dehydration. Came home last night but is now re-admitted with continuing dehydration. So, my mind isn't concentrating too well.

So sorry to hear this. I’m sure you love him so much and can’t stop thinking about him. You don’t WANT to stop thinking about him! My thoughts go out to the little guy and the whole family. Good luck to all of you.

Ashore and likewise 🙏 for Ladybird’s grandson. Sounds like noravirus. Hospitals stop at nothing to save a child.

Ashore. Got the mechanism last night but couldn’t quite push it over the finish line, woke up this morning with that “I wonder if this would work?” inspiration… and voila. 6 week streak alive.

On shore. Did the puzzle and saw the way to solve for the meta on a flight to Boston, but didn’t quite get the click for the answer until later when the realization came without even looking at the grid again. Funny how the subconscious works.
On a side note: We’re staying near Fenway Park and took a walk. It was fun to see all the preparations for last night’s game between Boston and Cleveland: police barricading the streets, refreshment stands along said streets, people wearing baseball shirts and caps, and, as a sign of the times, walk-through security metal detectors.
