OTC … with help.

Ditto Meg above; a workout indeed. But good for you. Must keep our meta muscles limber.

Thanks, Al!

I hate that my Tuesday night meetings are keeping me from the Zoom group! I’ll take a little nudge if anyone wants to help me.
The other Wendy.

So it would appear that some nudges are in order... got it. Well, it is after midnight, so it's officially Nudge Wednesday.

The title and the clue for 1A can be taken literally... but acronyms are not the only thing that can be spelled out to glean a inner meaning

"Number two"? Why not "Number 2"? Because numbers can be spelled out as words as well

...and once you've spelled out each of four clues, do you see any words/phrases appearing?

Each one constitutes a new clue to the next step

Well, I have no idea (pre-clue) so I amused myself going to down the rabbit hole of making a meta about going down a rabbit hole. (https://crosshare.org/crosswords/Okc9C5 ... bEGo/eee-k)

P.S. Can I have some nudges to the nudges?
Funny story. I was all set to enter Par for the course for the CrossHare midi contest for April but I mistakenly thought midi meant 7x 7 and not 11 x 11. Oops. Well.... Here's a complex but **small** meta on the subject of golf.

In the same boat as woozy. I think the nudges made me even more confused.

Okay, a private nudge to the nudges and I think I'm 3/4 of the weight there. But the fourth. No going forth.

Update: NVM backed into it - not sure about one of the pieces but I'll wait for the reveal
Partially there - can I bounce some things off someone?
