"Valentine Remix"

#1

Post by Abide »

Good morning Muggles! Now that football season is officially over, we move forward to Valentine's Day. By the way, If you haven't solved my Souper Bowl meta from this weekend, you can find it here https://punofakind.blogspot.com/

I'd say this one is a Level 2.5 but I could be wrong. Submit your answer to me by PM or on Crosshare. During the week I will post a leaderboard and provide some nudges on Wednesday. Of course, Crosshare is the easiest way to submit.

Contest deadline is this Saturday at 10pm EST. Random winner will receive the Biloxi pin/pen set, or some Mardi Gras trinkets I catch this weekend. Thanks to @damefox and Al for test solving.

Great job Peter--really a fun puzzle and I think your difficulty measurement was spot on.

Nice one, Peter! Stumbled a bit out the gate but successfully found my way off the couch.

Off the couch.

Fun puzzle. Fun dance.

EDIT: Upon further review, this is more clever than I gave Peter credit for.

Well now that is my chuckle for the week - could this be my funny valentine? Thanks for the puzzle Peter, I am off the couch and headed out to get something for VD (Valentine's Day of course :D ).

Don't have it but I must say this puzzle is higher than average in the fun of trying to figure out. I think I have all the parts; it's just not falling in place. Have some funny observations though....
Funny story. I was all set to enter Par for the course for the CrossHare midi contest for April but I mistakenly thought midi meant 7x 7 and not 11 x 11. Oops. Well.... Here's a complex but **small** meta on the subject of golf.

Still working on the meta. I like to think Abide always signs his name with a heart over the I.

Guess I'll wait for the nudges. Can't even get started, even though I've seen an instruction. I have a list of 12-letter dances; probably none are the one I seek.

Dang. I'm beginning to wonder if its a dance I never heard of.
