More variety cryptic fun from Richard E. Maltby, Jr.

I always enjoy being misled by some of REMJ’s wild clueing.

Great puzzle with some tough word plays, especially a few anagram non-indicators. 9D threw me for a loop.

I had a tough time with his one but I finally made it to the malt shop. Evidently I'm not the only one who had trouble with 9D. I had to sleep on that one two nights.
