This puzzle popped up on the Gritzmacher list this week. I found it very clever and think some of you will too. Warning: the grid is pretty tough, although I finished with no errors.

This was very fun and obviously very different! A nifty a-ha cooled a growing grumbling at the troublesome cluing and voila! I recommend it!

Clever gimmick. Note to self: If Abide says a grid is tough, believe him! Thank goodness for proper nouns and Google. I figured out everything except the crossing of 37A and 30D.
