Last week's definitely seemed easier to me.

Hey, if you've got 46/47 solves this year and a streak of 1, does that mean he didn't count your meta last week as a solve?

If MikeyG had simply assured us that he had put last week's solution into a blind trust, that would have been good enough for me.

Hmm... If I turn my care in the opposite direction and ram into the wall behind me at 60 mph does that count as a solve? I got something but it seems to be the exact opposite of what is required.
Funny story. I was all set to enter Par for the course for the CrossHare midi contest for April but I mistakenly thought midi meant 7x 7 and not 11 x 11. Oops. Well.... Here's a complex but **small** meta on the subject of golf.

Wow, yeah something's wrong there, you should definitely get credit for solving your own puzzle! I'm sure Matt will fix it.

Well, this should be a trying and dreary week. My frequent solving partner has abandoned me for an African safari - imagine the nerve, and I'm off to an uninspiring start. Time to buckle down.

Assuming I have a solid December, and that's absolutely not a guarantee, I'll take 51 + 1 guest puzzle any year.

I actually get to breathe a sigh of relief as I build again, and I'm pretty sure all former guest appearances by people who also solve on the regular (Paolo and Will come to mind) do begin a streak anew.

OK -- Interloper time again. (I promise I'll sign on to MGWCC sometime soon!)

Just a reminder that it's a Pun Of a Kind day too. You don't want to miss our own (newly famous!) MikeyG's latest, 'cause you just know it's gonna be #*$*@*&% fabulous! (You did not hear me say that.😇 )

I'm having trouble completing the grid, let alone solving the meta... :?
Check out "The MOAT MEOW Mashup Pack" here. US$10 for 14 metas that don't always abide by the "rules" of the game: asymmetry, 2-letter words, uncrossed letters, who knows. And this time there's a mega-meta!

Does anyone know the MGWCC Discord channel? I'd like to be involved if time zones allow!

Submitted and waiting… hopefully I didn’t mis-type it. (Answer was confirmed by other solvers.. it was not extremely slam-dunky in my opinion, so I wanted it vetted before submitting since I’m dangerously close to that “100” icon.

Not my favorite puzzle, but given the holiday and the gratitude abounding, I can just be thankful and move on. ( :

Update: yes, on the board.

UPDATE: ohhhhh. Uh huh.
