Off topic while we wait: here's the recipe for the Best of Show winner in our agricultural fair. Judging was this morning.
Rosemary Shortbread
2 cups flour
2/3 cup sugar
1 Tbl fresh rosemary finely chopped
1 tsp salt
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter cut in chunks
2 tsp dark honey
Heat over to 325
In a food processor (or blender) pulse together the flour, sugar, rosemary, and salt
In a mixer (or food processor) add the butter, honey, and all dry ingredients. Mix until crumbly but don’t over mix. Dough should not be smooth.
Press a heaping teaspoon of dough into a mini muffin tin.
Bake about 12 min or until the edges brown slightly

As I'm sitting in the hotel lobby waiting --and waiting--for the puzzle to drop, I keep seeing footage about the hurricane in Florida. My thoughts and prayers go out to our Muggles (and others) dealing with this disaster.
