July Meta Delayed Until Aug. 4

I should also email the list about this, but while I'm here: I was already a week off schedule when my Internet was knocked out by storms at the end of last week. It was back by Friday night, but I didn't want to compete for solving time with WSJ, Gaffney and Pandoras Blocks, so I'm pushing again until August 4.
