Good grid, clues (52D for example) and meta

Off the couch! I'm going to add some of these to our summer road trip playlist. Terrific puzzle by Al!
Good luck, fellow Muggles!

If its what I think it is, I'm not sure why I had a hard time refusing to believe it would work. But I did reject it several times until.... I didn't.
Funny story. I was all set to enter Par for the course for the CrossHare midi contest for April but I mistakenly thought midi meant 7x 7 and not 11 x 11. Oops. Well.... Here's a complex but **small** meta on the subject of golf.

Off the couch. Amazing grid construction!
Check out "The MOAT MEOW Mashup Pack" here. US$10 for 14 metas that don't always abide by the "rules" of the game: asymmetry, 2-letter words, uncrossed letters, who knows. And this time there's a mega-meta!

Happy Nudge Wednesday! If anyone needs a hint, here are three in order of blatancy:

Lots of ways to interpret that phrase. 41A gives an important one. Probably wouldn't hurt to learn a little about the band.

Did you get the band? If you're not familiar with this band's catalog, Keep on Chooglin'... I mean Googlin'.

Seriously? Okay, the answer -- the song -- is not spelled out so much as depicted.

Off the couch. Submitted what seems to me to be the best solution.

Didn't need hints. Traveling this week, so late to the party.

Totes needed the nudges… feeling super dumb. Or superannuated, as it may be (thanks Al for pointing that out in the zoom call) 🤣
The other Wendy.
