Solved this one in record time. Sure to be beamed aboard.
Happy to give nudges. If you notice I've solved, please tell me about avenues you've explored so I can nudge you in the right direction and not off a cliff.

I'm beamed up. Definitely easier than what I was expecting, but I thought it was a week 3. Still smooth.

Beamed up. Seems like more of a week 1.

While I did my usual and completed the grid entirely before working on the meta, I pretty much saw the mechanism early on. What a difference a week makes!

Beam me up! Nice one.
Check out "The MOAT MEOW Mashup Pack" here. US$10 for 14 metas that don't always abide by the "rules" of the game: asymmetry, 2-letter words, uncrossed letters, who knows. And this time there's a mega-meta!

Beamed up, and on the leaderboard. My wife, who I co-solve with, got this one staggeringly quickly. Really enjoyed it!

Finally got my exams graded and final grades submitted, so just did this one. Think it took about 30 seconds after finishing the grid. Crazy how that happens sometimes.

I don’t think it’s really a Week 2. Not complaining!

No one has commented on what an impressive construction this is, so I’ll do that.

Streak of one!
