From Will:

This week's puzzle: Before and After by Jeff Prugpichailers
Difficulty: Easy

I'm excited to put out this puzzle, which has been in the works since mid-Season 3. Jeff has put a ton of time and effort into it, and I'm thrilled to be able to share it with all of you! And when you're done with this puzzle, check out Jeff's other offerings at https://crosshare.org/jeffprug.

The answer to this week's meta is a three-letter word.
(No Google necessary.)

This is puzzle #3 out of 4 for the April mug drawing. Answer submissions are due by 9am eastern time on Thursday (the 21st).

I had some trouble with this "easy" one, finding myself baffled by 32 across. But I am now out of the box.
If you want help with a meta, feel free to PM me. The more specific you are about what you have and what you want, the more likely I can help without spoiling.

(And if I help you win a mug, I’ll be especially delighted.)

Ditto, hcbirker. Staring at it, trying all kinds of preposterous things... can't imagine how to simplify it right now.
