There are only two theme entries: EARTHQU(A)KE and NOU(A)KCHOTT. The letter sequence UAK is very rare in English.
A well-known symbol for anarchism is the
circle-A.
Here we have a circle A, for anarchy, between a U and a K.
The song in question is "ANARCHY IN THE UK," the 1976 debut single from the Sex Pistols.
