Wow, I've never heard of the most popular chains in terms of satisfaction and likelihood to be recommended. And yet, I have heard of 3 out of the 4 lowest (Burger King, McDonalds, Wendy's). I really don't think those ranked top above are the most frequented chains necessarily. But then, what would I know? I never eat at any of these. But wouldn't you think that the one's I've heard of most be the most well known?
