Do you want the names of those who never declared that they solved? Or prefer the even tougher challenge?

Here is what RPardoe and I have been able to come up with. You can see which cryptics have no answers. And here are possible answers we haven't been able to match with cryptics:
CAE39
Carolyn
TMart
Lbray53
Dr Tom (though leaning towards Cat President due to TOM/CAT, but not certain)
Sew Young

A president, nearly Abide
Two locals and a King BarbaraK
In New York, Conservative comes first Cinny
Oh, a skewer between two bishops Boharr
Hot dog that is not quite as bad as hell Frankie Heck
This constructor’s good!! Meg
Even Andy’s odd Dannyvee
Evildoer’s normal inside RPardoe
In book, a cab’s run over
Audubon’s affair Bird Lives
Rush hour’s beginning Darth
Young lady’s not so shallow, by the sound of it Dplass
Start of workweek frustrating me as well ImOnToo
Previous rate oldjudge
Girlfriends interrupted by sore back Joe Ross
Cat president

Considering we aren't finding dictionary words, I will leave the tougher challenge to those more adept at cryptics.
I want all the help I can get! A (spoiler masked if you prefer) list of missing names would be great!

Especially as I don't know the cut-off for names to include - some in this thread might have solved after you created the list but before you posted it, so I am looking for them in vain?

I needed one nudge each from sharkicicles and RPardoe, but I'm off the couch now.

Not too good at these but could CAE39 be Tiny Catherine's gone wonky?

Cindy N = Hundred race north.

Cat president Tom Wilson
Not a big deal, with daughter in crossroads? Small Wave Dave = small + W + D in ave|ave
Hundred quiet heads working CpJohnson = C + p(iano) + Johns + on

I see that Bird Lives is looking for me on the cryptic list. I have not posted that I solved. I finally got it after all of the nudges, but can claim no credit for actually solving it..

I was making the same mistake. I probably mistook your post about a friend flying to France as a cryptic post that you had solved it.

RPardoe and I were using the names in the posts here, including one non-solver (News is confused about you. Not bad.) and a late arrival (Pound light males in the grid.) No way we could have decoded the modest half-dozen.

I like it. Not sure I would have decoded it amongst all the others. In grid situation, I would have eventually gotten it. I love the cryptics, but they often take me several days of looking at them before completion.
